Zuzi is an Agile & Scrum coach and trainer with deep hands-on experience and passion for happier teams, business improvement, and managing change. She stated with Agile and Scrum project in 2005 at Medtronic, USA. Since then she was coaching ScrumMasters, Product Owners, teams and organizations.

As a Certified Scrum Scrum trainer with Scrum Alliance Zuzi has already trained thousands of ScrumMasters and Product Owners.

As a coach Zuzi is leading expert on Agile transformations and has consulted a hundred companies of all sizes on various coaching engagements from introduction Scrum into teams to helping succeed with whole enterprise agile transformations.
